I am still waiting for my Jan to May 2012 rated call cost reports. I am unable to download these from my account pro which is only hold the last six months worth of data.
I spoke to Jason who kindly offered to get the Jan 2012 to May 2012 statements (I was sent the June 2012 ones by Jason) but have heard nothing back.
Autopage really needs to look at their customer engagement model. It is near impossible to get through to someone who can actually help. Calls and mails are bounced around from one person to the next with no accountability.
