Last week I reported that Cell C get it service is debiting my account while I sent through request to cancel their service on my contract. After reporting this to Hellopeter on Friday, 10th I received a call from Cell C consultant and she promised me that the get it service will be cancelled with immediate effect and I will get a confirmation call up until now I have recieved any phone call from any of them. Why Cell C as my service provider cannot sort out my problem from their side because Cell C is the one who is giving out our contract numbers to their third party services to contact us and sell these kind of useless service now I am sitting with this problem. I want that Get it service to refund all my money that was deducted from my account.
