No Phone Yet

Hi,

Twice I came to the store to collect a device, I was told to bring a bank statement to collect my device, I requested to leave early at work to collect a device but I was then told to bring an ID book.

When I left for the second time- I was told since the person who supposed to issue me a device will get in touch with me in order to be told what I must bring in order to collect a device.

Now I'm left prejudice - can someone call me please?
