After posting a complaint on HelloPeter the only response I have received is a link on HelloPeter at the bottom of my complaint saying someone will contact me shortly.
I AM STILL WAITING!!!
Did an upgrade on the 6th September only to receive an astronomical bill and then learnt that they "forgot" to do the upgrade on the system..
I have queried this with them on numerous calls to the contact centre as well as went to the store (which was closed for renovations) and still have not had the query sorted out.. Am I surprised? NO!!!
Surely someone should take responsibility and resolve this problem ASAP!
I am sure when the debit order goes off they will not have a problem with it but no one can assist in resolving this billing issue???
