Promised us the world by taking over our Telkom lines, what a disaster. We are constantly loosing business due to faulty phone lines. Every time we threaten to cancel or report them to the consumer council, they send a new manager or BIG BOY out, who once again make promises of refunds ect. just for nothing to happen. Initial promises of settling previous pabx outstanding amounts also never materialised, so we are now instead of paying less paying double for everything. I have to warn other businesses out there to stay away from Nashua communications. Their promises are all and they cannot produce the service they offer. I am now going to report them to the Consumer Council and hopefully we can get our monies back and be able to cancel our agreement!
