Their people know nothing, they and their systems are unable to properly track issues . 2 weeks without internet. Repeated call to support. followed by "problem resolved" sms. No doubt I will have to call
billing myself for compensation and they will offer nothing but a token.
Would change providers but as the problem is the line what are the chances that they will respond quicker to a competitors problem?
How do I punish this company?
