I cancelled my Cell C contract on the 02/09/2013, after I paid the cancellation fee of R526.55 I faxed them the deposit slip the same day. I phoned them the next day 03/09/2013 I they acknowledged that they have received the money & said that they would cancel the contract. Within 3 hours my phone was on prepaid, At the end of September they deducted an amount of R111 which was understandable for the minutes I used, now this morning they debited my account with a further amount of R440.00. When I phoned them they say that it for my monthly subscription for September. I said to the consultant that I cancelled my contract on the 02/09/2013 so there should be not subscription fee as my phone was on Pay as you go from the 03/09/2013. I asked to speak to her manager & she said that her manager would contact me back. I have debit orders that need to go off & I need the R440.00 transferred back into my account today.
