My contract with mtn expired in April. I left for Australia mid-may & 6 minth's later am still being debited. I have sent numerous emails, phoned from Australia and yet no response. I am meant to pay R79 per month for my mobile phone & R149 pm for a dongle for my laptop which amounts to R228 per month. However I was debited for R249.86 on 31st May & R249 for the months June until Oct. There is a difference of R21 WHY? The contract for the dongle expires in January and hereby wish to give adequate notice that it should not be renewed as I am no longer using it. I expect to be debited as soon as possible as this is totally unacceptable failing which I shall take my complaint to the consumer watchdog.
