At the end of the January 2014, Nashua Mobile debited money from account whilst I had terminated my contract with them. I was assisted by the a gentleman named Bradley who told me that my account will not billed at the end of Jan. On the Monday following the month end, I spoke to a chain of people until I spoke to Ana Naude who is Bradley's Supervisor, she investigated my complaint and they came to the conclusion of refunding my money back. The amount that was debited from my account was R 876.10 was debited and they short refunded me with R 578.00 instead of the full amount. I sent an email this morning to Bradley copied Ana fro them explain to me why I was short refunded and no response till now. can you please help me resolve this matter.
