I've always told myself to be patient whenever it came to customer care but 2 years & over 6 refurbished phones later, I'm done with being patient, with the Vodacom repair centre actually with Vodacom on the whole.
My contracts up for renewal & after being a proud Vodacom subscriber ever since I've known what a cellphone IS will be moving to a provider who values there client more.
Apparently this time around my current phones keypad is NOT faulty & will not be swopped out.. Even though, knowing that when I do get to Vodaworld tomorrow, 08/11/2013
I'm going to prove to them that it sure is faulty, get the 7th refurbed swop out & NEVER DEAL with Vodacom ever again.
Their policy of swopping a handset out with a refurbished phone ALL the time has been their downfall.
According to Telkom Mobile their policy is, after 2 faulty refurbed swop outs they swop you out with a NEW phone!!!! So guess where I'm moving??!!
The saddest part & some what insulting final straw was that 3 different consultants remember helping me & 1 consultant even said,
"Oh, you back again?? "
