Another billing mess-up!!!

About a month and a half ago my phone got lost and I submitted a claim from C-Cover - two amounts were supposed to be processed (R300 for first claim and a further R456 for hand-set payin). Came the 15th I called in to request my statement and was sent a copy of my 01/10/2013 statement reflecting an amount of R391.85 (less R350 paid on 01/10/2013) so I had R41.85 outstanding. No sign of the R800 odd rands for the insurance claim. I have had bad experience in da past with Cell C especially billings and pmt allocations.

I asked for this to be investigated and never received any feedback to date. I pd R100 on the 1st. Today is the 7th already, no feedback or corrected billing receivd then I got a call from Sharon Rakgwale regarding an overdue amount of R806.

After our conversation it came to my attention that the R806 was billed to acc 113024296. My normal account is 109306031. Please credit the wrong account and bill the R806 to account 109306031 and provide me with a corrected statement.

Further pls provide me with a letter for the credit bureas, I have 4 inactive accounts showing on all my profiles. This is messing up my credit profile.

I am tired of this mess.
