I am so not happy with the Cell C service, I had an outstanding amount on my account and I was listed without any knowledge or update from Cell C. Fine I asked about the outstanding amount to be paid, without any statement or what so ever, I paid in when I called to check my outstanding balance hence I was not getting any statement or update from them. I was told I over paid with R235.00 and was advise to request a refund, this was on the 26-08-2013.
Till today I am been told one statement for the past 35 days ("We do not know how far is your request") mind you I requested this in August... :(
I wonder what is the process that is been followed by Cell C to credit their customers, because clearly there is no process since no one knows what happens after a call or request is logged. I am a very easy-going person and clearly now my patients its been tested, please help Peter.
