POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

MY DEBIT ORDER WENT OF ON THE 31/10/2013 AND TODAY IS THE 07/11/2013 AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOT ACTIVE YET. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 02/11/2013 AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL SORT OUT IN 24-48 HRS. TODAY STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I CALLED THEM AGAIN TODAY AND ASKED WHAT THE DELAY OF MY PHONE BEING ACTIVATED. THEY TELL ME MY PAYMENT REFLECTS IN THE ACCOUNT BUT THEY WANT ME TO SEND THEM THE PROOF OF PAYMENT TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.

WHAT THE!!! THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS AND MY SURNAME. THE SERVICE STINKS BIG TIME. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL
