Incorrect banking details for EFT

I called Game at Cresta on 08-04-2013 to request banking details to do an EFT and was given ABSA Account 4051022417 and told to use the card number as a reference. when I called today to check if the payment reflects I was told by Kedibone Mofokeng I used the incorrect banking details when I emailed her the proof of payment. I told het when I called those are the details I was given from a game employee. she advised me to reverse the payment as according to her the lady at switchboard could not have given me the incorrect details as it is stuck to her desk infront of her. we have been emailing each other back and forth the entire day today (09-04-2013) but she stopped replying when I told het im not satisfied as I was given those details by GAME and that I will put a complaint on Hello Peter. I find it very unprofessional that she will not take responsibility for her employess. and also that she told me I will have to go to DION with my proof of payment. why did I then do the EFT. it defeats the purpose. I could have then just go to game and pay there. this is the worst service ive ever experienced!!! GAME staff are unprofessional and arrogant!!!
