Ridiculous service once again at Nashua Mobile

I just want to warn people. People think 10 times before signing a contract with Nashua Mobile. I experienced a disappointment with them when I took out my first contract 2 years ago. Due to the schlep of cancelling and signing a new contract and believing in 2nd chances, I decided to stay with them. This was one of the worst mistakes I made in my life. To make a long story short, when taking out my new contract, they never explained to me that when starting to use the Samsung S4 (on 6 October) it will run on my old contract, where I have NO data to use. In other words every time I do something, that has to do with the Internet, there are "high" charges involved. I am sitting with one of an account now, because Nashua Mobile Greenacres did not properly inform me how things will work. I must now pay for their mistake. When I approached Client Services on this, they were very "cold" and basically just said: You incurred the costs you must pay. Now they want to send me guidance on how to manage my data. What a freaken joke and an insult. All I'm saying is I never experienced anything good with this Company. Also had an issue with my Vodacom modem. Really really ridiculous.
