In September I requested Telkom to cancel my Landline and ADSL Instead on the 14 th of October they went ahead and cancelled my Cell no 081 540 1963 I have been in contact with them since then 3 times a day through their call centre yet no resolve. You always get some dimwit that reads of a script and don t do anything to resolve your query or problem they can't EVEN COMPLETE A SIMPLE REQUEST CORRECTLY i am fuming as the loss through not having my cell no up and running can not even be calculated.
