NO FEEDBACK AFTER 6DAYS! TYPICAL CELLC

MY COMPLAINT 6DAYS AGO: Really now!!! A sipho confirmed that I need to pay an amount of R260 into their bank account for an ancient cellc contract - Today I call JM Attorneys as i get told by Pholoso that they have my account and they confirm I owe them R1000 for not cancelling my contract? SERIOUSLY!!! I did this many moons ago and you hand me over to the lawyers for ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! I am fed up and to me the only revenge is sharing my story, it always makes a difference and i will continously post everywhere I can about how you handed me over whereas I know I sent a cancellation letter in 2000 and dot to cancel this contract!!! I will find out from the ombudsman what to do. CELL C REPLY: Hello gerrard, Thank you for notifying us of the above. STILL NO REPLY!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CHOOSE THEM AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER!
