In august we didn't have service for most of the month due to network issues in the area and end of august we moved and the new installation was only done on the 14th of september. I then logged a query for a credit which was approved. Was told that will take place end of sep but didn't, was then told end of oct and again it didn't an was told end of nov but it is still not going to happen cause I got a new statement that is not showing any credit and when I called I was told end of dec. this is bull! I want that credit issue sorted this month still, I can wait forever and be bullied.
