Sim still not working after simswop

I went to Vodacom Cape Gate shop to do a simple simswop which has turned in a marathon of misinformation and poor service delivery. After dozens of phonecalls to the Customer Service Centre 082 111 and the Vodacom shop at Cape Gate and the shop at Tyrgervalley who is their head office and a 2nd visit to the Cape Gate Shop I am still to date without a working sim hence I have no working phone. It is an absolute disgrace that I have been waiting so long for such a simple request.
