I did an upgrade on my phone on 2013-11-04. Received a new sim, did the sim swap, payed for the sim, sign all the papers and still it's not active. Not only is it not active but the call centre could not even pick it up. They said I should go back to the store to get it sorted out. In the same store where it took over an hour to get the upgrade. This is real bad service. Would I be able to return the phone and change my contract to Telkom mobile?
