Paying for what exactly!!!???

Ok so here is my problem. Every month like a good little customer I pay my cellphone account, on time and always in full. I pay for set services, LIKE INTERNET (data services)... Now for some or other reason the data connectivity is so poor that I can barely use the internet / data functionality of my iPhone 4S.

It is such a huge frustration when you need to check email or simply use the internet for whatever reason. Now, I am unsure if this is a regional problem, but where I live in Wibank Mpumalanga, the internet service is almost none existent, not to mention the very few times 3G is actually an option.

To put it simply, I am paying for a service, that I am not receiving and correct me if I'm wrong VODAGONE, isn't that against the so called CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT?... Every single person that I know that uses this useless PATHETIC cell phone service is unhappy. So on a language that you brain dead people at VodaUSELESS might understand - THIS IS!!!
