Two weeks ago I subscribed to Afrihost. I took out the 4 Mbps uncapped bundle with them. So in other words my line as well as my uncapped data is managed by them. Since then I have had problems.with intermittent connectivity. It has been off more than it has been on in the last two weeks. I sent at least 3 sms' to their support number with no return calls. I have called them several times over the last week racking up my phone bill as their queues were usually up to 5 people long. When I did get through to them they did try to help me but to no avail. I have had my line reset, a technician came out to check the box outside and I have tried different things on my modem. I have been billed already for the last two weeks and for the month to come but my internet service is pathetic and I don't know what to do anymore from side but to post on here and try call them when I get airtime again.
