Internet has been at a 3rd of the rate i'm paying for for over a week. I have logged 3 calls (#384039, #383619 & #383600) all of which received identical responses, to reset my router, and were summarily closed. This despite the fact that in the follow up calls i specifically stated that the problem had been logged previously and which steps i had gone through. Aside from the putrid connection speeds, these responses are very unprofessional and extremely frustrating.
