Thank you for your swift response to my letter of 21 October 2013.
Unfortunately nothing has at yet been done by the relevant department. I have not heard a thing from them, and so, I now have had to take action instead by changing my bank account number. It took me a lot of effort and a lot of my time.
I will never take out a contract with Telkom again as the staff dont work as a team. Its very frustrating!!!
