I am a student and need my phone, my phone is under contract and has a 2 year warranty but every time i take my phone in for repairs they don't have any loan phones and it takes up to 21 working days to fix. If you ask them for any other help or plan you they can make to help you they start giving you attitude as if it is your fault that they cant help you.
My family has been with Vodacom for more than 20 year and not a single help will be given to us. Really getting tired of all Vodacom's excuses.
