On Thursday we started having problems with the power on our Telkom switchboard. I logged a call. On Friday an internet technician cameras out, and obviously couldn't help us. He said he would hand the call over to the correct technician. On Monday I called the call centre to enquire and was told the call was pending. I explained to the operator that they had sent it to the wrong technicians and she said she would make note if it. Today I phoned again and was told the technician has been on site since Friday. NOW 4 DAYS WITHOUT BUSINESS PHONES AGAIN AND NO HELP FROM TELKOM.
