Upgrade of wrong cell numbe

I have two numbers now for upgrade, one of the numbers was wrongly assigned for a new 2 year contract. I would like to cancel or have this corrected immediately. Further when I have started to query the issue the operator did not complete the complaint and ended the call immaturely. This happened twice.
