About 2 or 3 months ago I received a call from a Nashua Mobile call center sales agent, and although he was great with walking me through the whole contract process and I was happy with his service at the time. A few days ago i found out that I cannot upgrade my phones firmware to the new jb 4.3 because the firmware is old. So i called their tech support today to find out if they could help, the guy told me that Sony hasn't released the updates for that phone (Xperia Go ST27i) now the problem I have with that is that my friend has the exact same phone and was able to update her software... So i really think that Nashua is Crapping me around. While their agents are friendly they are ignorant.
