I would like to thank Vodacom for once again proving themselves to be amongst the best of South Africa's Telecommunication service providers. I noticed a few days ago that Vodacom continued to add BIS to my monthly bill after upgrading to an S4. I brought this to Vodacoms attention and within a week I had been reimbursed the full amount owed to me.
This may seem trivial but it shows that Vodacom really cares about service delivery, something that is lacking more and more from most other service providers. Its not about what mistakes are made- its how those mistakes are rectified, and thats how you stand out. Thanks again Vodacom.
