I have seen that my ADSL line doesnt perform at the speed it must. Dirk answered the call and at first took a bit of time to look at my problem but it was worth every minute. In fact he got my line to run faster and also gave me a good idea of what could be causing my problems.
I want recommend him for his technical knowledge and understanding. He truly is a problem solver.
He works in the Durban branch call centre fixing ADSL line faults. If you ever speak to him be glad cause he is a PRO in what he does. I havent come accross a person like him in a long time.
Keep up the good work and thanks to telkom as well for trying hard when things are not always going 100 percent.
