Total confusion and the consumer foots the bill?

From the installation to the retail store in the mall to the call center, everything went wrong here, I signed up for a "special" at the Telkom retail store in centurion mall for a 2MB/sec ADSL line with free installation and modem all for R622.00 a month after a real struggle with the installation I receive a bill for a much larger sum of money, including a telephone and some or other weekend/after8 deal on calls?
I don't know whats going on here or perhaps I am misunderstanding things, it doesn't make sense to me at all could someone please show me where I pay R622.00 per month for a 2Mb line ONLY? Then let me pay that, (less my R700.00 deposit) and be done.
I will have to try the other service providers out there
