2) Charged double
3) Phoned Friday was told would take 48 hours to be refunded
4) Phoned Sunday was told will be contacted Monday
5) Phoned Monday was told I could be helped within 24Hours
6) Meantime I have no Airtime

Why is it that some off the BIG companys can do as they like???
