Autopage - incorrect billing - STILL

After the first Halo Peter - I received feedback from Autopage's Client Liaison Consultant: Escalation Hub.
After investigation they finally aknowledged that the account had been created incorrectly and the billing was indeed done incorrectly for month. I received a mail confirming the refund amount of thousands of rands deducted.

Weeks later, I still have received no refund and AGAIN the deduction from the account was done incorrectly!

Phone call after phonec call... no responce. emails had been sent and "I'll get back to you ASAP" reply received.

This is rediculous. After being a customer for more than a decade, this is the treatment I get!!!
