Pay money for no service... WHATSOEVER!!!

After a very short period of time, an consultant from ADT head office called me and said he is sorting the problem out, and that they picked up that someone else's account balance was linked to my account because our contract nrs are similar. And that they were very sorry for the incident!

Now today (27/05/2013 @ 13:52) ITC phones me with the same story as last year!!!

WHAT THE IS GOING ON!!!
