On 31 August i ended my cell c contract. I told them that i can't afford to upgrade at this stage, and would rather switch over to pre-paid, keeping my same number. A debit order did go through AGAIN end of October!!! Why???
When I phone the call centre, no-one can explain why! When i send an email with the querie, no one gets back to me!! My reference number i got was: 308 3101408
