My ADSL line has been out now for over 2 weeks. Fault was reported on the 25th of October. A tech come through the following Monday. He said he was going to check the telephone pole and never returned.
Guys what is going on? I need my ADSL.
I hope a rebate is at hand for my line being dead for this period.
Please advice when this will be resolved.
