I was by amazing vouchers into joining them. I was not told that should I decide quit, i will have to pay a R600 cancellation fee. When I later realized that the vouchers I was promised did not exist in my area, I decided to cancel. To my shock I was told that the cancellation fee is R600. I do not have that money. Had they told me when I signed up that there is a R600 cancellation fee, I would not have joined at all. I was also not told where to go to read their terms and conditions and they did not email them or send me a hard copy of these terms and conditions. Basically there cannot be a valid contract if I did not agree to the terms. I only agreed to the terms that I was told of. Please help me with this. I cannot pay this fee that I was told of in the first place.
