I agreed to a Roadside Policy and then read the terms and conditions. The call centre agent agreed to my vehicle being covered even though my mileage is above what the terms and conditions state. I have spoken to somebody in customer service who promised to get back to me with the call recording. Still no response and when I call the call centre they are so incompetent. If I do not get a response by tomorrow morning, do not proceed with my policy and don't even dare trying to debit my account. I do not want to be covered by a company that cannot stick to their word!!!
