Vodacom service!

We have 5 contracts with Vodacom which we are considering not to renew! For months we have complained about the bad signal reception at our home. They sent a Mr Bongani out to test our signal & he said we have a major problem as it fluctuates all the time. We waited & heard nothing, so called again only to hear that the complaint had been closed. We complained again, & are still waiting. My husband does all his business on his cell phone. It is impossible to keep a conversation going, calls are dropped, & at times we cannot connect to the person at all. Voadacom is only to pleased to take our money every month, but for what kind of service? We are fed up, tired of complaining & being ignored, so will look elsewhere for service! When we call customer service, we are told, they can see on the computer we have complained several times, & that they are working on the problem - Ja SURE! Who are we? Just the public, whom Vodacom depends on for their income, but we are just ignored like an irritation to them - wake up Vodacom, I see the complaints on this site for yourselves outnumbers your competition... something to think about hmm?? PS I am the wife, please speak to me too
