Frustrated..Utterly disgusted

Hi. good day.
Telkom has got very good network and product but unfortunately they also have worst and untrained stuff i have ever seen at any other South African Network.
i am so frustrated and disgusted from telkom mobile because of their useless stuff members.
i signed samsung s4 R369 contract couple of days ago. Before i have signed contract, i asked consultant to put contract benefits (free min, data etc) on to my current Prepaid 8ta number. but they didn't do it. I clearly indicated on application form.it is existing number NOT a new number.
they gave me new sim card and new number.i dont want to new number at all..So almost a week still problem has not been fix yet.
I visit V&A Waterfront shop everyday.they look at my face and say "We ll fix just now, tomorrow morning, tonight etc".
stuffs are at v&a waterfront are not well trained, useless and they don't know what are they doing. They sit on to pc either chat each other and getting paid..plays around..They are bunch of hopeless.
if you are professional company somebody must call me to apologise!!This will be my first and last contract!!!
i am so disgusted with Your V&A WATERFRONT BRUNCH.
