A fault was logged a week ago, there is no voice and only intermittent data on my line. I suspect lightning cause. A Telkom engineer phoned to say he would come and repair on Thursday (31/1013) but no one arrived. This fault has been escalated by my ISP as well with no result.
I've had limited use of my service for 8 days. Please urgently dispatch someone to resolve. 3ATK271013
