Morning,
My DSL line 012 991 6036 has been flapping since installation 4 weeks ago. I've logged 2 faults to this effect with no change. Both voice and internet connection is interrupted several times per hour. When the line re-initializes it often comes back at the wrong downstream and upstream sync rates. I've explained this to the engineers who phone me after I log my fault.
This line is costing me a substantial amount of money every month and it is unacceptable that it is malfunctioning in this way.
The last engineer to phone me put the phone down in my ear when I explained that the fault is not resolved as the line keeps dropping.
Please urgently resolve.
