Dear Web Africa became my hosting partner of choice. I cannot mail, as there are issues with there smtp servers. I tried to use webmail and their is a licensing conflict. When calling I was told by Zakkie that I pay for hosting my domains and not for them to support me, and they have moved away from 24/7 and did not inform me as a affected party, as I did not pay for service anyway.
I moved to Web Africa as the polls showed they were the best, but this one individual and some system errors is now telling me otherwise.
I have asked for a reply by someone in power by 09H00, after which I will move my services and my monthly fee to a provider that will provide service. I am sick and tired of people like Zakkie and if his superiors support that stance then also sick and tired of Web Africa, as there are many others that provide service, I just choose the best a few years ago, but it seems it changed or I choose wrong.
Wished we could get what we pay for...
