Today is tuesday 29th january 2013, we have had no internet since friday 25 january 2013. There excuse is they are having "problems" and it will be fixed soon. That was on monday, and yet we still wait!! I would like to know how they think that this is acceptable?!?!
There call centre is pathetic, it takes 3 minutes just to speak to a human being, however that does not help because the person on the other line is most unhelpful!
We need the internet for vital business, and the lack of internet has impacted our business.
Telkom disgusts me...
