I have had endless problems ever since my upgrade and it's the second time I've approached Hello Pete, to get help from Cell C. They always cancel my BIS service yet they debited my account for the service. I also disagree with the amount they are debiting me. The amount differs each month yet we have agreed upon a fixed amount of R192.00. I need help and cannot continue with the same problems two months after they fixed it.
