I have beeen trying for the last 2 hours to dail the vodacom customer service numbers. i have tried 111, 114, 5151, 100 and none works. i need to retrieve my puk number. a friend just told me that they are busy with month end billing. but is that and excuse to lack in customer services, i mean it is because of their customers that they can do billing...
