I need someone to phone me Urgently and take Responsibility for my issue and complaint that has been issued on Hellopeter more than 3 times now and also with the Call Centre REF. 0057462
I want to be releaved of my Contract as immediate effect and want compensation for money, time spend on this matter.
I did sent Already the connection forms more than 3 times as everytime the response I get on hellopeter is please sent it to an email address. WELL NOTHIING HAPPENS.
I need to speak to someone that is not a consultant anymore, but a Manager that can solve this issue and make it happen asap.
