What do I pay for!

I have had my mtn contract for 20 months now and have been paying insurance with mtn insure from the start! Now I try to claim due to my phone giving me issues and nothing works!

I faxed my claim for to the number on the form and you guys didn't receive it. I tried to call 3 times and no one answers! I was holding on for and hour now and no answer!

This is pathetic. I pay for this service and get no service when I need it! Stop cheating me out of my money!

I need my phone fixed or replaced!
