They suspended my line for what reason i do not know and today they were sapouse to load data and mins for me and they suspended my line, i called them spent an hour with them and now they say the line is active but i cannot no internet connection, they keep putting me through to diffterent departments adviseing that the line is active but i cannot get any internet connection i have on had the stuiped contract for 3 weeks already it is giving me problems, i have a good mind to cancel this contract because i have never recived such bad service in my life, i need to have internet my business depends on it can anyone help me or cancel, this contract i know of more compitent companies, they say that they will activate my line in 24 hours...
Phindi states that a manager will call me in 30min apparently his busy... This i clear breach of contract and i am losing money in the process
