Good Day,
I have had NO use of my iPhone since Friday afternoon because according to about 10 people I have spoken to in the last 72 hours my phone line has been suspended, then my sim swap wasn't done correctly and then someone even blamed Vodacom for their internet being down. I have been pushed from pilar to post and it stops now.
Will someone please sort out this issue very quickly before I cancel my contract and take my money to a company that deserves it. This is an absolute joke!!! I cannot believe something like this can take so long to sort out. Imcompetence is what it is.
